Shipping & Returns
We offer next day delivery for Products within the UK mainland. Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Island addresses, delivery to these locations may take a little longer.
When you have chosen the Products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card.
If you want us to deliver your order to a different address, you can choose this option as you go through the checkout process.

Please remember a signature is required for accepting parcels. If you know that there will be nobody there to accept the delivery please provides an alternative delivery address. We have try to absorbed the extra postage costs to these areas but petrol prices keep rising and we are now unable to keep the charge the same.
Standard Delivery & Next Day Delivery
The Next Day Delivery service only applies to UK mainland residents only, when orders are placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday (Tuesday if Bank Holiday) for Tuesday and all depending on stock availability.
Our standard deliveries can take up to 7 to 14 working days. Orders are sent Via Royal Mail, Interlink Express or Business Post depending on the weight of the order. If for any reason you are hard to be reached this service can be voided and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
You can return Products to Allsize XL Menswear for an exchange or refund within 14 days after you received the Products. Please ensure you bring the dispatch note with you as proof of purchase. We will refund the full price you paid for the Products, using the same method you used to pay for them.
Reasonable Care
If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, which means that:
- You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in our store.
- You mustn’t try on the products wearing strong perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
- Shoes mustn’t be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
- For hygiene reason Under, Sock, Swim Shorts Cannot Be Returned under any circumstances once despatched.
- Tags should not be removed from any item.
- The original packaging should be retained.
- please allow 5 working days from receipt of returns for processing.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the Products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us.Unfortunately we can’t stop an order once it’s been confirmed by us.
If you change your mind about your order after this point you can return the Products to in accordance with this returns policy. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products.
